1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using InvestTrax, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. The Service
InvestTrax is a personal investment tracking tool that provides portfolio tracking, ROI calculations, market information and related features for informational and educational purposes. InvestTrax does not provide financial, legal or tax advice.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must satisfy the minimum-age requirements applicable to the service and your platform or region.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
InvestTrax currently offers Free, Standard, Premium and Lifetime access options.
Standard and Premium are monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically each month unless canceled in accordance with the terms of the platform through which they were purchased.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.
Purchases made through iOS are billed and managed through your Apple account. Subscription cancellation, renewal and refund eligibility are subject to the applicable platform’s policies.
Current prices and included features are shown before purchase. InvestTrax may update available plans or pricing in the future, subject to applicable notice and platform requirements.
5. Market Information
Market quotes and related information may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Market data should not be relied upon as the sole basis for an investment decision.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or unlawfully resell the service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect InvestTrax, its users or its systems.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions and for verifying information before relying on it.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will remain available in InvestTrax.
