This Privacy Policy explains the information InvestTrax processes, how that information is used, when service providers may process it, and the controls available to users.
Information We Collect
- Account information you provide, such as your name, email address and profile information.
- Investment information you enter, including holdings, transactions, purchase values, goals, watchlists and portfolio information.
- Collectible information and images you choose to upload when using supported collectible or card features.
- Content you submit to AI-powered features, where applicable.
- Technical information reasonably necessary to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service, such as app version, device or browser information and diagnostic data.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and maintain accounts, calculate portfolio values and ROI, synchronize user data, provide requested features, retrieve market information, process eligible images, provide AI-powered features, process purchases, provide support, secure the service and diagnose technical problems.
Service Providers
InvestTrax may use third-party service providers for functions such as authentication, hosting, database and file storage, payments, market data, artificial intelligence, image processing, analytics, diagnostics and other infrastructure required to operate supported features.
Information is provided to service providers only as reasonably necessary for the relevant service or feature. The information processed depends on the feature the user chooses to use.
AI and Image Features
When you choose to use an AI or image-based feature, the information you submit to that feature, which may include portfolio context, prompts or uploaded card and collectible photos, is processed by the systems and service providers used to operate it.
Market Data
InvestTrax communicates with market-data services to retrieve stock, cryptocurrency and related market information. These requests are made from our servers and send only the ticker or asset symbols required; your account and portfolio information is not transmitted to market-data providers.
Payments
Purchases are processed by the applicable app-store or payment provider. InvestTrax does not store complete payment-card details; payment information is handled directly by those providers.
Data Sharing
InvestTrax does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers when necessary to operate, secure or support InvestTrax, and when otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
Security
InvestTrax uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect user information, including encrypted network connections and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You can review or update supported account information and use the available export and account-deletion controls from within InvestTrax.
Account Deletion
When you complete account deletion, InvestTrax deletes your account and associated application data according to its deletion process, subject to any limited retention that may be required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or legitimate operational requirements.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service or our data practices change. The current version and effective date will remain available in InvestTrax.
